Motor high pressure  sprayer

Technical parameter

This machine is applied in farmland, orchard, tea garden, green belt, lawn, vegetable planting base ,drug and water spraying of pergola crop. Also it is can used to pump irrigation (which can get higher than other general water pump)

Configuration principle

FNZ series motor high pressure sprayer is consist of gasoline engine,three-cylinder plunger high pressure pump support, reel pipe, sprayer shooting part .

Operation Instruction
1 Check every fastener and make sure that the sprayer and the motor are installed firmly on the frame.
2 set the two pullies in s straight line ,and the belt in an appropriate tightness.
3 Every joint of the hoses must be tightened to prevent from,leaking
4 before starting motor,turn on outel swiches(67)and (68/69),which are connected with high-pressure outlet glued pipe.
5 start motor to diver sprayer and keep an appropriate rotational speed,open the switch of spray gun,when water goes out,turn off outlet switch(67).Adjust pressure -regulating screw(60)and keep a pressute between 21_35KG,then turn off the switch of spray gun.
6 turn on outlet switches(68/69)and begin to spray.
7after spraying is finished ,operate the sprayer with clean water to clear the chemical residue.

Pump lubrication
1 Replace the engine oil after the sprayer has been used for the first 10hours,50hours,and thence every 70 hours.
2 Drain away the dirty engine oil by screwing off the (5)Drain Plug.
3 After the (5)Drain Plug is screwed on,remove the (9)oil Inlet Cover and tefill#30-40 fresh engine oil.
4 Keep the oil level at 2/3 of the (4)oil Glass.
5 Always fill the (31) Grease Cups with grease,Screw on the Grease Cups2-3cycies every 2hours of sproying .
C Troble Shooting
a Feeding Failure & Pressure Instabitity
1 Check whether the (46) Suction Hous is leaking or is stuck.
2 Open the (67)Cork (valve) to release the surous air.
3 Remove the (39)Suction Chamber and the (65) Water Outlet Chamber check if the (33).Valve Assembly are stuck of damaged.
4 If sutomatic off-load valve beats,please replace outlet valve(71).
b Pressure Insufficiency
1 check wehter the pressure has been adjusted properly.(refer to the operation instruction No5)
2 Check whether the Spray Hose and the couplings are broken and damaged.
C  Cylinder Leakage
1 Remove thr (8)Dustproof Cover and wind up the (25) Adjusting Rings.
2 If still in vain replace the (28)V-packing in the(30) Cylinder
